This position may be "Remote" 5 days At-Home if you have been employed with the NSC for a minimum of 12+ months.
Internal Field applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a DTL.
External Applicants may transition to remote work after a successful completion of the probationary period.

Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning Supervisor to lead and support our team of Learning Specialists and assistants within the contact center. This role is critical to ensure the effective delivery of training, supporting new hire success, and driving business growth through learning excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for people development, accountability, and operational efficiency by using data and performance analytics to identify training needs, measure effectiveness, and drive strategic learning initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Trainer Support & Leadership
Manage the daily workflow and responsibilities of the Learning Specialists.
Serve as a point of contact and resource for Learning Specialists, providing guidance, support, and solutions for training logistics and materials.
Ensure trainers are equipped to deliver high-quality training and aligned with business priorities.
Administrative & Operational Oversight
Assist with administrative duties including timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting.
Partner with leadership on performance management, including disciplinary conversations and terminations as needed.
Monitor and enforce adherence to training standards and company policies.
Training Effectiveness & New Hire Success
Ensure that new hire training objectives are met, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize outcomes.
Track progress, provide feedback, and implement coaching strategies to support employee development.
Use performance metrics, QA scores, NSC leadership feedback, and other data sources to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
Team Accountability & Organization
Promote a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations, following up on performance, and addressing issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, employee performance, and administrative tasks.
Instructional Design
Assist in the design and development of instructional materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, training videos and blended learning solutions.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Assess existing learning materials to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in call center training, training delivery or learning and development
1+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
Competencies
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles is essential.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Confident in addressing performance issues and leading accountability conversations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required. Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Requires repetitive typing motion, talking, hearing, grasping and feeling.
