To manage and resolve complex non-motor insurance claims in line with policy terms, regulatory requirements, and service standards. The role ensures fair claim outcomes, mitigates risk, and delivers excellent client service while supporting operational efficiency within the claims environment.
Assess, investigate, and manage non-motor insurance claims (e.g., property, liability, commercial, or engineering claims).
Ensure claims are handled in accordance with policy wording, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate claim documentation and determine coverage, liability, and settlement values.
Engage with loss adjusters, assessors, brokers, and service providers during the claims process.
Identify and escalate fraud risks or irregularities where applicable.
Negotiate settlements and ensure fair and timely claim resolution.
Provide technical guidance and support on complex claims cases.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance frameworks.
Deliver high levels of client and broker service throughout the claims lifecycle.
