This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented NOC Manager to join our team. The Operations Center (NOC) Manager leads 24/7 mission operations in support of national security space systems and intelligence missions. This role is responsible for overseeing real-time operational execution, incident response, and information flow across multiple mission and operations partners. The NOC Manager ensures operational readiness, continuity of operations, and compliance with established procedures and security requirements. This position provides operational oversight during nominal and contingency operations, ensuring timely escalation and decision support for senior leadership. The role is performed full-time on site at a government facility and operates in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the Operations Center, ensuring continuous 24/7 mission support
  • Manage shift operations, operational battle rhythm, and execution of standard operating procedures
  • Monitor mission activities and system status, directing responses to anomalies, incidents, or mission impacts
  • Coordinate real-time information sharing and deconfliction across mission operations centers and enterprise partners
  • Ensure accurate and timely operational reporting, briefings, and notifications to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Oversee incident management, escalation processes, and continuity of operations planning
  • Ensure compliance with security, classification, and handling requirements for sensitive operational information
  • Support operational exercises, rehearsals, contingency operations, and readiness assessments
  • Mentor and supervise NOC personnel, maintaining operational discipline and mission focus

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience:
    • Master’s degree with 11+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise; OR
    • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise; OR
    • No degree with 14+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with adjudicated polygraph
  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading operations center, watch floor, or mission operations teams
  • Experience supporting classified Department of Defense or Intelligence Community operational missions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting IC mission operations or space systems
  • Familiarity with incident management frameworks, continuity of operations (COOP), or crisis response operations
  • Experience coordinating operations across multiple agencies, mission partners, or operational command centers

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
