What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform general labor tasks to support plant operations and material handling.

  • Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and housekeeping duties.

  • Monitor and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.

  • Operate or learn to operate various tools and machinery safely.

  • Support production teams with tasks that ensure efficient and continuous operation.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials or equipment as part of daily tasks.

  • Capability to work on uneven surfaces, perform repetitive motions, and maintain balance and coordination inactive plant environments.

  • Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks that may involve carrying tools, shoveling, or working in varied weather conditions.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
