About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Night Auditor to join our iconics Four Seasons Hotel Milano.


Reporting to the  Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for performing Front Desk and Guest Services activities during the overnight shift. You will ensure accurate completion of the nightly audit process, provide warm and efficient service to all guests, and contribute to a smooth and secure operation of the hotel during the night.
You will respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and care, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with lobby and guest service duties to deliver an exceptional and seamless overnight experience while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies

What you will do

  • Perform  Front Desk duties during the overnight shift, including check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, and cashiering operations.

  • Assist guests in the lobby and at the entrance; provide support with luggage handling, storage, and transportation arrangements as needed.

  • Deliver personalized service by responding promptly to guest requests, both in person and over the phone, including wake-up calls, housekeeping needs, and concierge-style assistance (directions, restaurant reservations, transportation, etc.).

  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

  • Accurately follow all financial and credit procedures; complete the Night Audit process, balance transactions, and prepare reports for the following day.

  • Review daily arrivals, departures, and in-house guests  to organize and plan the daily  operations. Give support to the Manager on duty preparing the Morning Briefing reports

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming entrance and lobby area at all times.

  • Maintain luggage trolleys and storage areas clean, organized, and ready for guest use; review and update the Logbook

  • Maintain an active presence in the lobby throughout the night to ensure guest comfort, safety, and immediate assistance when required.

  • Support with maintaining accurate records, completing detailed handovers, and restocking operational supplies for the next day.

  • Collaborate closely with the Duty Manager and Security to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all guests during the night shift.

What you bring

  • At least three years of experience in the role with proven leadership practice within a luxury Front Office department.

  • You will have an empathetic and caring approach and a talent for offering our guests the best recommendations and personalized service, ensuring that every experience is unlike another and that each guest feels unique.

  • You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service, an exceptional eye for detail and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.

  • You have fluency in English, Italian and a third European language.

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full-time position

  • The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
