SUMMARY
The New Site Openings Project Manager administers policies relating to all phases of new site implementation within various districts; provides direct oversight of all managers, administration and human resources responsible for the site in regard to new site implementation; and identifies, evaluates, and resolves potential operational issues and facilitates communication to improve work performance and client satisfaction beyond initial implementation. New Site Openings Project Manager works closely with all Functional and Operational Executives to ensure that corporate initiatives and Towne Park cultural perspectives are developed and maintained during and beyond new site openings.

Job Details

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000.

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

Descriptive Statement(s)

% of Time

Directs the activities and effectiveness of the District Managers, Account Managers and other district support during new site implementation to meet the objectives of the district, company and clients. Works with all leaders to identify challenges and trends and brings tangible, realistic solutions to the Operational Leaders in order to resolve these challenges and reverse negative trends.

Assists in the training of management in all aspects of their responsibilities to properly run a contract site in accordance with contractual obligations, legal obligations and the policies of Towne Park. Assesses work processes within the new site to ensure functionality and efficiency.

Conducts weekly Critical Path conference calls and attends other meetings as needed to meet the expectations of clients and the senior leadership of Towne Park. Ensures that all managers and departments related to the new site meet deadlines for pre-determined activities necessary for a successful opening.

Works closely with managers to help them understand how to successfully develop and maintain high levels of performance at their sites. Monitors all new accounts up to the initial client invoice. Maintains regular contact with Operations Support, Account Manager, Manager of Talent Operations, and Corporate Recruiter to determine their progress in meeting the essential goals and objectives of staffing and scheduling at their sites prior to and during new site implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:

  • N/A

Work Experience:

  • 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum (2) years’ management experience

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and client relations
  • Knowledge of Managing/Operating multiple service lines
  • Working knowledge of the Critical Path Process

Skills:

  • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Teams) and various applications (Smartsheet & Salesforce)
  • Written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in dealing with matters of significance for the company
  • Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications
  • Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails
