Key Responsibilities:
• Early Engagement in NPI:
Participate in the build and design reviews of NPI pilot modules, identify and address critical gaps in the DFx system, and maintain continuous communication with various NPI disciplines including Product Development (PD), Software Quality (S. Qual), Software (SW), and NPI project teams.
Pilot to Volume Gate Release Contract Readiness:
Take full accountability for ensuring readiness from pilot phase to volume production under Gate Release contracts and conduct all related supporting processes.
• Implementation of New Methods:
Lead the integration of new calibration methods from the initial phase through to the readiness of all tools and documents. Oversee certification processes, document preparation, and gap analysis.
• Closure of Maturity Gaps:
Drive efforts to close maturity gaps to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Support for MFG Line Escalation:
Provide support for manufacturing line escalations to resolve issues efficiently.
• Initiation of User-Friendly Methods:
Develop methods that enhance ease of use for various processes.
• Development of Tracking Features:
Initiate features that facilitate the management and tracking of multiple details.
ECO,NSR,OOC Approval and implementation
Job Requirements:
Background in semiconductor (SEM) technologies - Advantage
2–3 years of experience in NPI methodologies - Advantage
Strong technical capability with solid system-level understanding - Must
Proven leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects - Must
High learning agility and motivation to deep dive into technical details. - Must
Experience working across multiple PDC disciplines - advantage
