As part of the operations team, you’ll be at the center of the product lifecycle, directly influencing the successful launch of next-generation hardware. You aren't just managing data; you are helping to drive the seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production and shaping the operational excellence of Trimble’s hardware manufacturing.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Facilitate Product Launch: Own the integrity of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Item Master, ensuring every component is perfectly structured for a seamless production release.
Drive New Product Introduction: Forecast from initial engineering prototypes through pilot phases and pre-production ramps.
Collaborate with Partners: Coordinate with manufacturing and external supplier partners around the world to manage product assembly and validation, resolving shortages and navigating complex schedules.
Innovate Processes: Contribute to the continuous improvement of new product introduction procedures, making our delivery faster and more efficient.
Bridge Engineering and Supply Chain: Orchestrate the movement of critical materials and execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to keep projects aligned with business priorities.
Essential Skills & Experience
Procurement & Planning Pro: You possess deep proficiency in procurement processes and material planning within a manufacturing environment.
Data Integrity Expert: You have a keen eye for detail and experience managing Item Masters and complex Bill of Materials (BOM).
Collaborative Leader: You excel in team settings and have a proven ability to drive teammates toward project closure and milestones.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with PCB/PCBA manufacturing and component life cycle management.
Familiarity with Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes and cost roll activities.
Background in a high-tech corporate hardware environment.
