What you’ll do
Support HPE customers across the network lifecycle including Design, Implementation, Migration and Optimization (Proactive Services)
Design: Assist Architects in creating high level and low-level design documents based oncustomer requirements
Implementation: Assist architects in preparing the implementation plan
Lab Testing : Simulate customer designs in lab.
Migration: Drive Migration’s as part of larger team to successfully replace and deploy
Optimization: Working on continuous improvement of network operations including Software Strategy and other Proactive Services
Ability to multitask and work independently when required
Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills
Participate in solution development and publications for knowledge base.
Work effectively in a team environment including HPE and Customer stakeholders; QA, engineers, and field organizations.
Maybe Required to travel to customer sites for consulting, training purposes, business reviews.
Provide Quarterly Customer Review meetings, providing technical status and recommendations
What you need to bring:
-Bachelor degree in relevant Engineering streams including CSE , EEE, ECE , IT or other equivalent streams required.
-Approx 8-10+ years’ relevant experience , with relevant focus on customer-facing Network Consulting and Proactive Services delivery.
-Experience in LAN implementation at medium to large Enterprises
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical and consulting experience in Routing & Switching
Advanced expertise in Network Design would be a bonus
Routing and switching protocols like BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS,MPLS VPN
Exposure to Aruba products and technology
Automation & Security knowledge would be an added advantage
Industry level Professional / Expert certifications
