Overview of the role:
Oversee the entire process of opening new stores, effectively coordinating all the functions involved and ensuring compliance with timelines and operating budgets.
Establish rules, guidelines, best practices, and procedures governing activities.
Coordinate the implementation of tools, methods, and KPIs to monitor performance, measure results, identify areas for improvement, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
What you’ll do:
Ensure governance over each new cross-brand opening so that it is implemented and completed in a timely, efficient manner and in line with the company's network development plan.
Oversee the annual opening plan, update it, share it, and analyze the progress of activities with all stakeholders, ensuring periodic alignment.
Ensure the planning of activities, timelines, and established SLAs, constantly monitoring progress and intervening in the event of critical issues or delays.
Define priorities based on the progress of ongoing activities and supervise all phases necessary for the opening.
Ensure the planning, monitoring, and analysis of forecast and budget variances, proposing corrective actions.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in project management and overseeing cross-functional teams.
Good coordination and planning skills, able to oversee, multi-stakeholder initiatives across functions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
