Job Description: 

The NetSuite Developer will design, develop, implement and maintain customizations, integrations, scripts, and workflows within the NetSuite ERP platform. This role requires expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics, combined with a strong understanding of ERP and financial processes. The developer will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to optimize business workflows, ensure system integrity, and deliver scalable solutions that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain JavaScript using NetSuite SuiteScript 2.0.
  • Optimize and debug existing scripts and integrations.
  • Build and maintain SuiteFlows (workflows), custom records, custom fields, and forms.
  • Create Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards to support business analytics.
  • Design, build, and support integrations using REST, SOAP (SuiteTalk), web services, and middleware tools.
  • Work with end users and cross functional teams to identify issues and scope solutions
  • Consume requirements and implement system changes to meet business needs
  • Assist with testing and sign-off for releases, maintenance, and bug fixes
  • Troubleshoot data flow issues between NetSuite and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HCM, data lake, billing systems).
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal control standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience as a NetSuite Developer or similar technical ERP role.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON, XML, Python, or other scripting languages.
  • Skilled in building RESTlets, Map/Reduce jobs, and third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Revenue, Procurement).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to work with Finance, Business Systems, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate technical topics into business-friendly language.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering value to stakeholders.

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $112,500.00

 

Please be advised that the compensation hiring range indicated herein is provided solely as a good-faith estimate of expected base compensation for the position. The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.
