About The Role:

Provides senior technical leadership for application support and enhancement work. Handles complex changes, escalations, and root cause analysis while guiding standards, mentoring peers, and ensuring production stability.

What You´ll Do:

  • Monitor application health including performance, stability, batch/job execution, and integrations.
  • Perform L2 incident and service request triage, analysis, and resolution for complex issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring defects and production failures.
  • Resolve production issues related to VB.NET logic, WebForms configuration, SQL data, and integrations.
  • Coordinate technically with infrastructure, database, middleware, and third‑party teams.
  • Implement minor code fixes, bug fixes, SQL changes, and configuration updates within approved scope.
  • Support deployments, patches, and hotfixes following change management procedures.
  • Validate fixes through unit and functional testing prior to production deployment.
  • Review changes from Developers and Juniors to ensure quality and standards compliance.
  • Monitor application logs and error trends to proactively identify risks.
  • Support UAT execution and production sign‑off.
  • Contribute to runbooks, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • 5–8+ years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Leads complex technical work and escalations
  • VB.NET, ASP.NET WebForms
  • Advanced MS SQL Server
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Basic JavaScript
  • ITSM / ticket‑based support experience
  • Successful resolution of complex incidents
  • Reduced repeat defects
  • High‑quality code and SQL changes
