Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking professional to support office leasing activities for Japanese clients and companies. This role focuses on client engagement, requirement gathering, and managing end-to-end leasing transactions by leveraging strong communication, cultural understanding, and business development capabilities.

About the Role:

  • Engage with Japanese clients to understand their office space needs, business plans, and leasing preferences.

  • Identify potential office spaces and pursue new leasing opportunities within the Japanese business community.

  • Lead negotiations on leasing terms, agreements, and commercial conditions on behalf of clients.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, landlords, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely leasing transactions.

  • Maintain updated documentation, client records, and market insights to support business decisions and reporting.

About You:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written); ability to communicate with Japanese stakeholders professionally.

  • Having prior experience in roles involving Japanese client management or stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

  • Knowledge of real estate markets, office leasing, brokerage, corporate relations relocation processes, or commercial leasing is an added advantage (not mandatory).

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and deadlines independently.
