About the Role:
Supervise, assign, and monitor daily tasks for technicians across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with internal and statutory standards.
Conduct regular inspections of building equipment and systems; report and escalate issues to the Engineering Manager.
Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, coordinating with contractors and vendors when needed.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, daily reports, and provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, and performance feedback to the technician team.
About You:
Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance or facilities operations, including 1–2 years supervising a technical team.
Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Service-minded, proactive, and able to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CMMS experience is an advantage).
