The EMEA NCP Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all day-to-day operations performed by the NCP field team within EMEA. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, compliance with company standards, and outstanding customer satisfaction. We seek a seasoned manager with a talent for coordinating teams, planning effectively, and solving problems.
What You’ll be Doing:
Collaborate with EMEA leadership to develop and implement central initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, performance, and profitability throughout the region.
Supervise and analyze meaningful metrics to pinpoint operational gaps and propel continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure that all EMEA NCP field operations adhere to company policies and applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Work closely with NVIDIA’s Commercial Finance Solutions team to offer mentorship to NCP partners on customized equipment financing strategies and deal structures.
Evaluate financial models (total cost of ownership, return on investment, net present value) to analyze financing options and their impacts on taxes, balance sheets, and EBITDA.
Offer detailed financial advice based on data analysis to CSP clients, elaborating on the advantages and drawbacks of each funding strategy.
Cultivate and improve positive relationships with crucial financial collaborators, investors, and local participants.
Lead project and collaborator management efforts, ensuring effective communication, timely reporting, and resolution of operational or customer issues.
What we need to see:
Partner with EMEA leadership to design and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, performance, and profitability across assigned territories.
Monitor and analyze indicators to pinpoint performance gaps, implement improvement strategies, and uphold adherence to company policies and regulatory mandates.
Collaborate with NVIDIA’s Commercial Finance Solutions team to advise NCP partners on optimal financing structures and tailored equipment funding solutions.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses and modeling (TCO, ROI, NPV) to assess financing options and their impacts on tax, balance sheet, and EBITDA.
Provide clear, data-driven financial recommendations to CSP clients, outlining strategic benefits, risks, and long-term implications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key financial institutions, investors, and regional partners to support financing and growth initiatives.
Serve as the main liaison between EMEA NCP field teams and headquarters, ensuring transparent communication, timely reporting, and effective issue resolution.
Hold a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and demonstrated leadership experience in operations, finance, or consulting, managing teams across multiple locations.
8+ years of proven experience in a role within field operations, financing, consulting or a similar field.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience managing a large team across multiple sites is preferred.
Strong leadership, people management, and team development capabilities, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Sophisticated technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis, and familiarity with operations management, logistics, and data analysis tools.
Deep understanding of corporate accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), capital vs. operating leases, and asset lifecycle management, including hardware depreciation methods.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong financial leadership skills (budgeting, cost control) and the ability to travel frequently and perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
