The VP, National Nexity Technology Sales is an enterprise sales leader responsible for driving the national growth strategy for Nexity’s hardware and software solutions. This role leads and develops a team of Regional VP sales leaders, ensuring consistent execution of a high-performance sales model that delivers both upfront hardware revenue and long-term recurring revenue through SaaS and transaction-based income streams. As both a strategic leader and market-facing executive, this role defines go-to-market strategy, establishes revenue targets, and drives pipeline development across a multi-asset, multi-segment client base. The VP serves as the senior technology sales authority—partnering with executive leadership, key clients, and internal teams to position Nexity as a differentiated, scalable platform that enhances the arrival-to-departure experience while maximizing revenue and operational performance. This leader will actively engage in key enterprise opportunities, coach and develop the regional team, and ensure alignment across sales, finance, operations, and the Center of Excellence (COE) to successfully scale Nexity nationwide.

Job Details

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $220,000 - $250,000.

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Descriptive Statement(s)

National Sales Strategy & Leadership

Develop and lead the national sales strategy for Nexity technology solutions. Establish clear revenue targets across hardware, SaaS, and transaction-based income streams, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Regional VP sales leaders. Drive accountability through clear KPIs, pipeline discipline, and consistent coaching to achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets.

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Oversight

Oversee national pipeline development, ensuring strong opportunity creation, progression, and conversion. Maintain visibility into all major deals and actively support high-value opportunities to drive successful outcomes.

Enterprise Client Engagement & Deal Support

Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor on key accounts and complex opportunities. Partner with regional leaders to structure deals, navigate negotiations, and close enterprise-level partnerships.

Recurring Revenue Optimization

Ensure all sales efforts prioritize long-term value creation through SaaS and transaction-based revenue streams. Guide pricing strategies, payment flows, and contract structures to maximize total contract value and margin performance.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and the Center of Excellence (COE) to align on solution design, pricing, deployment, and ongoing client success. Ensure seamless transition from sale to implementation and long-term revenue optimization.

Market Positioning & Brand Leadership

Represent Towne Park and Nexity at industry events, executive meetings, and strategic partnerships. Elevate Nexity’s presence as a leading technology platform across target markets.

Sales Process, Tools & Enablement

Drive consistency and excellence in CRM usage, pipeline reporting, and proposal development. Partner with internal teams to enhance tools, including Salesforce and Proposify, to improve brand messaging, efficiency and win rates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in technology sales preferred

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with significant leadership responsibility
  • Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in technology, SaaS, or hardware-enabled solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue across multiple regions or verticals
  • Experience structuring complex, enterprise-level deals with both upfront and recurring revenue components
  • Background in hospitality, commercial real estate, mobility, or related industries preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing sales teams. Strong track record of driving consistent revenue growth through disciplined execution and coaching.
  • Strategic Revenue Mindset (Hardware + SaaS + Transactions): Deep understanding of how to structure and optimize blended revenue models, balancing hardware deployment with high-margin recurring revenue streams.
  • Executive Presence & Influence: Highly effective communicator with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, lead complex negotiations, and position solutions at an enterprise level.
  • Financial & Analytical Acumen: Advanced understanding of financial modeling, ROI analysis, and deal structuring to maximize profitability and long-term value creation.
  • Technical & Sales Enablement Expertise: Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce), proposal tools (Proposify), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to drive data-informed decision-making and executive-level communication.
  • Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to align multiple internal teams to deliver seamless execution from sale through deployment and ongoing revenue optimization.

SCOPE                                                                                                                               

Authority to Act:

Operates with significant autonomy in driving national sales strategy and execution. Responsible for high-impact decisions affecting revenue growth, client relationships, and market expansion. Decisions are made within general Towne policy constraints but occasionally require independent decision making.

Key Success Metrics:

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive and scale performance across the following key indicators, including accountability for regional team results:

  • Internal Revenue (IR): Total revenue generated across Nexity technology sales initiatives
  • Front Line Contribution (FLC): Profitability and margin performance across all deployed solutions
  • Nexity Hardware Sales: Total value and volume of hardware solutions sold and deployed
  • Nexity Recurring Revenue: Growth in SaaS and transaction-based revenue streams across the portfolio
  • Total Units Sold: Number of technology deployments across assets and verticals
  • Close Rate: Pipeline conversion performance, with a target of 40%+ on qualified opportunities
