As an intern for the National Growth Office, you will assist the team in developing and implementing a wide variety of communication initiatives and training coordination for internal audiences. The intern will write and help produce content for various communications channels. In addition, the intern will assist in the maintenance of asset databases, help coordinate trainings and events. This role requires an eager, detail-oriented person who is willing to learn and work collaboratively with others.

Primary responsibilities of this position will include:
• Content Creation: Writes, edits and publishes content for internal SharePoint site, internal news from the National Growth Office, email marketing materials, website content, various collateral, and training, conference and event materials.

• Event Management: Assists with events, trainings and meetings.

• Asset Management: Organize and maintain the team’s photo and video assets and contact databases.

• Graphic Design: Helps with the graphic design and development of various materials, including PPT presentations, photography, information sheets, flyers, and others as needed.



Relocation and housing are not provided for this position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquires and making appointments.
  • Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
  • Assists management in analyzing various data.
  • Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program

What We Prefer:

  • Adobe Creative Suite and Canva experience.
  • SharePoint design experience.
  • Graphic design capabilities.
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships across the firm.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
  • Be a self-starter who possesses creativity and can-do attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of social platforms.
