Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, plus bonus and benefit

Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Sales Lead, the National Account Manager (NAM) is a pivotal force in driving the Customer Team’s financial and market success. This high-impact role is entrusted with shaping and executing the customer and brand strategy for Wellness portfolios, leveraging multi-year Joint Business Planning, dynamic cross-functional collaboration, and flawless execution of strategic initiatives.
As Haleon’s ambassador to Walmart, the NAM will forge and nurture influential relationships with the WM Category Team. The NAM leads the charge in negotiating customer agreements that not only deliver on Haleon’s ambitious operating plans but also exceed customer expectations. By leading planning cycles, delivering compelling internal and external presentations, and fostering a culture of trust and partnership, the NAM unlocks value-creation opportunities and ensures the seamless execution of initiatives that propel both Haleon and Walmart forward.
