We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate - Enterprise Sales to work directly with the founder on enterprise and mid-market deals.
This is not a typical BDR, SDR, inside sales, or standard AE role. We’re looking for someone who can operate as the execution backbone behind the founder-led sales motion- someone smart, highly organized, commercially sharp, and hungry to learn the art and science of enterprise sales at close range.
Today, the founder is acting as the account executive across the full sales cycle: first calls, demos, trials, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing. This role is designed for someone who can shadow that motion closely, strengthen it from the backend, and over time become a key part of how we scale the sales organization.
