Micron Memory Japan にて、最先端の NANDフラッシュメモリ技術の開発を担う不揮発性メモリ設計エンジニア（NAND Designer）を募集しています。 

本ポジションでは、次世代NANDフラッシュメモリの中核となる回路設計・最適化に携わり、 業界の新たな標準を築く高性能NAND製品の実現に直接貢献していただきます。

職務内容（Responsibilities） 

• NANDフラッシュメモリのベースダイ（Base Die）設計 

• FINESIM、HSPICE、VERILOG などの業界標準EDAツールを用い回路シミュレーション 

• NANDフラッシュにおけるタイミング（Timing）・面積（Area）・消費電力（Power）の解析および最適化 

• 新規NAND製品の開発に向けた、以下領域での設計・実装・最適化支援   (メモリ回路 、ロジック回路 、アナログ回路 、レイアウト設計との協業 ）

必須要件（Qualifications） 

• アナログ回路およびミックスドシグナル回路設計に関する高い専門性 

• 高性能メモリ開発において、技術的課題に対し主体的に取り組み、革新的な解決策を生み出した実績

歓迎要件（Preferred Qualifications） 

• NANDフラッシュメモリの動作原理および、複数世代・複数種類のNANDフラッシュ製品に関する深い知識 

• メモリ業界での実務経験  

　　　　ー修士号（MS）＋5年以上、または同等の実務経験 

　　　　ー学士号（BS）＋10年以上、または同等の実務経験 

• チームワークを重視し、主体的かつ粘り強く課題解決に取り組める優れたチームプレーヤー 

• 設計チームおよび検証（Verification）チームと密に連携し、技術的整合性と開発実行力を支えられる協業力 

• 日本語および英語での業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な方

Join our bold and extraordinary team at Micron Memory Japan as a Non-volatile Memory Designer! In this remarkable role, you will be at the heart of developing modern NAND Flash memory technologies. You will develop and optimize interface circuits, data transfer circuits, memory arrays, page buffer and string drivers, analog circuits, and logic controllers.

Your contributions will be vital in successfully delivering powerful NAND products that set new industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Build the base die of NAND flash.
• Run circuit simulations with industry-standard tools like FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.
• Examine timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds.
• Support new NAND product opportunities by giving to the build, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in analog and mixed-signal circuit building.
• Confirmed ability to innovate and tackle problems in high-performance memory development.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to explain sophisticated technical ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth familiarity with NAND Flash operation and different NAND Flash products.
• At least 5 years' experience in the memory industry with an MS degree or equivalent experience, or 10+ years with a BS degree (or equivalent).
• A history of being a proactive and diligent phenomenal teammate who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Ability to work well across build and verification teams to support technical alignment and execution.
