Role overview
As an MSP Account Manager at Foxit, your primary responsibility is to drive pipeline and revenue growth with select national and regional MSP partners across your territory. You’ll build creative lead generation and sales incentive programs, develop joint account plans, and enable partner sales and technical teams to win—through training, marketing programs, and customer-facing engagements.
This role is ideal for someone with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, executive presence, and an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who can build partner momentum and execute consistently.

What you’ll do
Own a portfolio of national and regional MSP partners and deliver measurable growth (pipeline, bookings, active customers).
Build and execute demand generation programs with partners to drive customer engagements for Foxit solutions.
Create strategic partner account plans (targets, initiatives, co-selling motions, enablement, quarterly goals).
Serve as the primary liaison between MSP partners and Foxit teams (Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Technical).
Enable partner sales and technical teams through ongoing product training, sales plays, and solution positioning.
Facilitate deal flow and communications between partner and Foxit—removing friction and accelerating cycles.
Track and report partner business performance, including pipeline and partner activity; build and deliver business review decks.
Co-develop partner marketing plans that drive incremental pipeline and revenue, including effective use of development funds.
Act as an MSP evangelist internally, ensuring Foxit field sales teams understand the partner motion and engage effectively.
Contribute to partner program evolution, bringing field insights into how Foxit can improve MSP enablement and outcomes.

Requirements
5+ years in sales or channel/partner management selling SaaS solutions; experience selling to MSPs strongly preferred.
Established relationships within large MSPs are a plus.
Strong competency with CRM + reporting (DB/Excel) to forecast, build partner pipeline reports, and run QBRs.
Proven experience in strategic account planning with large partners (joint sales + marketing plans).
Demonstrated ability to help shape and execute a partner program (process, enablement, incentives, business reviews).
Tenacious, proactive, and metrics-driven with a “hunter” mentality.
Strong executive presence and financial acumen; comfortable influencing partner leadership and internal stakeholders.
BA/BS preferred (or equivalent experience).
