Why We Have This Role

This role exists to help mid-market organisations in Thailand accelerate their experience management maturity and close critical customer and employee experience gaps. By leveraging Qualtrics’ industry-leading, ready-to-deploy Experience Management (XM) SaaS platform, this position partners directly with Commercial customers to turn experience data into measurable business outcomes.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding Qualtrics’ footprint in Thailand by guiding customers through strategy, adoption, and value realisation—working closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence senior decision-makers, and fluency in Thai to build trusted, long-term relationships that drive growth and customer success.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Takes initiative to deeply understand client goals and market context, proactively driving solutions independently.
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively in both Thai and English to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrates a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Excels at acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within Commercial business segments.
  • Leverages strong negotiation skills to close deals that create mutual value.
  • Adapts quickly to market changes and evolves sales strategies as needed.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal teams including customer success, solutions consultants, and sales operations.

Things You’ll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand Qualtrics’ presence within Thai Corporate accounts.
  • Understand client business goals deeply and create account plans including demand generation, power mapping, and closing strategy to achieve targets.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Collaborate internally across functions to craft competitive win strategies, proposals, and pricing models.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qualtrics’ platform, AI capabilities, and competitive landscape relevant to Thailand’s market.
  • Act as a proactive member of the sales team, utilising resources to maximise client success and company growth.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in SaaS or technology sales within Commercial segments.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving pipeline development.
  • Experience selling solutions into Marketing, HR, or related business functions.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Skilled at engaging clients across full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to adapt sales approaches to fit client needs and dynamic market conditions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to close complex deals.
