The Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) team operates in an agile framework to continuously improve the manufacturing of highly integrated sensors and cartridges (S&C). Our work spans from supporting early concept ideas to enabling efficient design transfer into routine manufacturing and ensuring sustainable product care throughout the product lifecycle.
Organized into Sub-Networks and Squads supported by Chapters, our agile structure enables rapid adaptation to changing priorities and business needs. We foster collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual mentorship while driving partnerships across and beyond Operations.

Taking responsibility for regular product care activities within the Squad. Like handling of non-conformity notifications, leading investigations and root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions in the manufacturing process, implementing changes to the process.
Working according to internal processes defined by GxP-regulated environment
Monitoring production data and analyzing key production performance indicators
Driving Continuous Improvement initiations within the sensor production process
Supporting production operators as an SME on the ramp up of newly established production line
Plan and execute experiments (DoEs) in laboratory and production environment for investigation and product improvements
Coordination and collaboration with internal and external partners
University Degree in (Electro-, Analytical- or Technical) Chemistry, (Chemical-, Process- or Manufacturing) Engineering or related field
First experience in a highly regulated production environment and GxP standards (pharma / medical preferred)
Strong team player with self-reflection, solution-oriented mindset, and collaboration skills
Strategic thinking with interest in agile framework (Scrum/Kanban) and project management
Ability to apply a programming language (e.g., python or R-Studio) or AI Agents in a practical setting
Fluent in English, German at least B2 level
Nice to have: statistical analysis, database handling (SQL, Snowflake) or experience with software projects
