Main responsibilities职责描述：

• 严格按照SOP，CQR以及GMP要求进行产品包装生产；
• Carry out product packaging production in strict accordance with SOP, CQR and GMP requirements.
• 协助主管对日常包装生产活动进行规范管理；
• Assist the supervisor to standardize the management of daily packaging production activities;
• 在包装过程中对各项环节进行监控，并及时做好记录。
• Monitor all links during the packaging process and make records in time.
• 接收、核查包装物料及其待包装产品的接收、使用、产品入库等操作，计算包装生产物料平衡；
• Receiving and checking packaging materials and the receiving, using, and product warehousing of packaging materials and products to be packaged, and calculating the material balance of packaging production.
• 参与包装有关的验证活动（包括安装确认、运行确认、性能确认等）。
• Participate in packaging-related verification activities (including installation verification, operation verification, performance verification, etc.).

• 负责灯检样品的制作和管理:包括样品的制作，标识，出入库，定期检查等。
• Responsible for the preparation and management of visual inspection samples: including sample preparation, labelling, inventory management (in/out), regular inspections, etc.
• 负责灯检人员的培训和考核。
• Responsible for the training and assessment of visual inspection personnel.
• 协助包装相关客户投诉的调查处理。
• Assist in the investigation and handling of customer complaints related to packaging.
• 参与包装相关文件的编写。
• Participate in the drafting of packaging-related documents.
• 守HSE的要求并监督HSE的执行。
• Comply with the requirements of HSE and supervise the implementation of HSE.

• Experience: Be able to master the SOP operating procedures proficiently, and be able to adapt to the packaging work

• Technical skill:  Possess good awareness of quality and regulations.

专业技能: 具备良好的质量意识和法规意识

• Education: High school or above

• Languages: Basic English communication
