What You Will Do

As a Motion Designer and Video Editor, your focus is to elevate our brand storytelling through animation, video, and visually engaging content. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our creative efforts—crafting high-quality motion graphics and video edits for fast-paced marketing and technology-driven campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Designers, supporting both dynamic and static asset creation, and play a key role in bringing product stories to life across our global platforms.

  • Designing and produce engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, explainers, micro-animations, transitions, and short-form video content for international campaigns.

  • Support creative designers with static deliverables, including assets for digital campaigns, in-product marketing, presentations, landing pages, events, advertisement, and other content for both internal and external audiences, ensuring that each asset elevates the brand and supports business objectives, as required.

  • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, style frames, and visual explorations for animation and video projects

  • Edit video content with a strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and basic sound design, maintaining meticulous attention to detail

  • Ensure all video and motion outputs reflect brand guidelines while striving for creative excellence

  • Create scalable motion and video templates to support cross-team efficiency

  • Act as a guardian of brand integrity by meticulously applying and evolving visual guidelines in all materials

  • Collaborate closely with the enterprise brand, design, and video teams to ensure consistent brand representation, aligning creative outputs with established standards and strategic priorities

  • Foster open communication and teamwork to deliver unified, high-quality visual solutions that reinforce the organization's brand identity across every touchpoint

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product marketing managers to transform complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, content, growth, sales, digital, and brand teams) to understand priorities and deliver high-quality creative work

  • Foster open communication with paired designers by regularly sharing ideas, feedback, and updates to build trust and drive innovative solutions

Task Management

  • Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring proactive communication and alignment of expectations

  • Balance competing deadlines and priorities

Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on creative trends, design tools, storytelling formats, and design practices relevant to technology and marketing

What We Expect

  • Multimedia, Film, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related degree

  • 6+ years of professional experience in motion design and video editing (agency or in-house)

  • A strong, well-curated portfolio or reel showcasing: Motion graphics, 2D animation, video editing (short-form and mid-form), storytelling and visual pacing, and graphic design

  • Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro; comfortable using Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma

  • Solid design fundamentals: composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience adapting content for digital ads, social platforms, product marketing, landing pages, and internal communications

  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and navigate shifting priorities

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside non-design partners

  • Experience working with project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Asana, or similar

  • Amenable to work in mid-shift schedule and at least 2x a week in the office

What Would Be Helpful

  • Background in product marketing, technology, or SaaS environments

  • Understanding of user journeys, funnel stages, and the impact of creative on performance marketing

  • Familiarity with 3D design tools such as Cinema4D or Blender

  • Knowledge of audio editing, basic sound design, or mixing for social media

  • Experience creating executive-level videos or motion-enhanced presentations

  • Comfort working with tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms

  • Interest in AI-assisted editing or animation workflows
