Who you are:
As a Mortgage Loan Advisor III, you will assist our customers and educate them about our mortgage application process. Your goal is to provide recommendations that will help our potential clients achieve their financial objectives. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Address the most complex mortgage issues to resolve customer questions and provide optimal service to Frost clients
Utilize subject matter expertise to ensure appropriate procedures and all quality measures for mortgage applications are being met
Independently collaborate with processors and underwriters to streamline processes and to consistently create an exceptional customer experience throughout the bank
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
4+ years of origination experience
Ability to maintain a minimum of $24 million in annual loan production
Demonstrated expertise in all available Frost mortgage products
Proven ability to assist customers with the most complex mortgage situations
NMLS license; or the ability to transfer NMLS to Frost within 60 days
Ability to review and analyze mortgage documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
