Part of a larger team delivering high quality Computer, Network, Storage and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions, on-going support to the business. Independently completes infrastructure project assignments. Plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure. Provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Produces technical documentation, support and configuration. Manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms including upgrading systems. Monitor system performance and installs and configures hardware. Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, Business Analysts to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage AEP's technology standards, architectures and best practices.
What You'll Do:
Strong experience with mobile device management tools and processes
Advanced knowledge and experience with on premise Workspace ONE (AirWatch)
Advanced knowledge and experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Advanced knowledge and experience with Apple iOS and devices
Good knowledge and familiarity with Android OS and devices
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines with mobile applications
Additional Requirements:
3+ years of technical experience administering on premise Workspace ONE (AirWatch)
3+ years of technical experience implementing and administering Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager
2+ years of experience in deploying and managing large Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments
What We're Looking For:
Infrastructure Engineer Senior (SG7):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Infrastructure Engineer Principal (SG8):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
