At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for a ML/AI Engineer.

As our new ML/AI Engineer, you will be part of the Data Science team responsible for developing and implementing ML and GenAI solutions in accordance with frameworks defined by the tech lead, collaborating with the AI delivery lead to ensure solutions align with business needs and meet deadlines.

In this position you are going to be responsible for

• Developing and implementing AI and ML solutions.
• Advancing AI and ML capabilities through research and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with teams to integrate AI and ML technologies into various applications.
• Analysing data and creating algorithms.
• Optimizing AI and ML models to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions align with business needs and meet deadlines in accordance with frameworks defined by the tech lead and in collaboration with the AI delivery lead.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration, agility project management and practical decision making are examples of key behaviors reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.

• You have minimum 3 years’ experience in developing and implementing AI and ML solutions, utilizing frameworks and tools such as ScikitLearn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, analyzing data, optimizing models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions align with business needs and deadlines.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python. Knowledge of R, or Java is good to have.
• Thorough knowledge of General Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLM) technology.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and algorithms.
• Data analysis and modelling skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of software development and deployment processes.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.
