Print, Packaging & Environmental
- Design and produce: sales aids, trade show/client meeting materials, logos, booklets, brochures, advertisements, in‑house magazines/newsletters, training & technical manuals, stationery, books, forms, posters, graphs, calendars, packaging and labels, displays, and presentation materials.
- Prepare print‑ready files, ensure color accuracy/pre‑press quality, and maintain impeccable file hygiene.
Digital, Web & Multimedia
- Build websites, interactive assets/animations, and email promotions; produce design deliverables and front‑end assets (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript handoff).
- Create multimedia materials such as interactive user guides and client software demos.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with internal agencies and cross‑functional teams to scope requirements, align on timelines, and deliver with quality.
- Confidently present work to internal teams; incorporate feedback and manage revisions to hit deadlines in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
- Work closely with the Shift Supervisor/Creative Lead; participate in regular check‑ins and stand‑ups to track progress and unblock work.
Minimum Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5 years in an agency or in‑house creative team, with proven packaging design experience and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Tools & Craft:
- Proficient on Mac and in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat); PowerPoint for presentation design.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for digital deliverables; experience with animation/interactive tools is a plus.
- (Legacy exposure to QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Dreamweaver, Flash is a plus but not required.)
- Design fundamentals: Excellent typography, composition, layout, and attention to detail.
- Ways of working: Able to prioritize and juggle multiple briefs, set personal milestones, and deliver on time with consistent quality.
- Communication: Ability to present your work clearly and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
Nice to have
- Illustration skills (beneficial but not essential).
- Confidence presenting to clients/third‑party partners.
- A reputation as an expert typographer or a strong interest in deep typographic craft.
- Experience building or contributing to brand worlds and complex design systems under creative direction.
What we’re looking for (Ideal Profile)
- A designer with a proven packaging & global branding portfolio (3–5 years).
- Highly conceptual with an excellent eye for typography and detail.
- Experience in (or ambition to grow within) brand‑world creation, guided by a Creative Director/Lead.
- Equally comfortable driving “the big idea,” organizing complex design systems, or crafting impeccable final deliverables.
How you’ll grow
- You’ll work on dedicated, end‑to‑end projects within a global, multi‑disciplinary team and may occasionally support additional initiatives as priorities evolve.
- You’ll receive regular feedback and guidance from hands‑on creative leadership focused on coaching and development.
