We are seeking a dedicated Microsoft Customer Engineer specializing in Endpoint Management who is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise device management solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role focuses on managing modern workplace environments across platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, ensuring secure, optimized device lifecycle management, security compliance, application deployment, and endpoint automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).

  • Manage and support multi-platform device environments including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

  • Configure device enrollment methods such as Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), Android Enterprise, Azure AD Join, and Hybrid Azure AD Join.

  • Define and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.

  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise applications across all supported platforms.

  • Perform device lifecycle management including provisioning, configuration, updates, patching, and device retirement.

  • Monitor endpoint health, device compliance, and security posture.

  • Implement endpoint security policies including BitLocker, FileVault, Microsoft Defender, and device restrictions.

  • Automate administrative and deployment tasks using PowerShell and scripting.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, and compliance policies.

  • Provide technical support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement modern device management strategies and migrations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).

  • Experience in managing multi-platform enterprise environments like Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) and conditional access integration.

  • Proficiency in device enrollment technologies such as Windows Autopilot, Apple ADE, and Android Enterprise.

  • Strong knowledge of application deployment and lifecycle management across multiple platforms.

  • PowerShell scripting for automation and endpoint administration.

  • Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

  • Basic networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and enterprise connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or related Microsoft certifications.

  • Experience with Intune and SCCM co-management.

  • Experience implementing Windows Autopilot, Apple device management, and Android Enterprise deployments.

  • Previous experience in supporting large enterprise environments with diverse endpoint ecosystems.
