Across Asia Pacific, our Sales teams are at the forefront of the business, partnering closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital, HR and Finance to understand customer needs, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver differentiated solutions. We operate in diverse markets, combining local proximity with global expertise to serve customers across multiple segments and channels.

We are building a best-in-class, customer-centric and digitally enabled Sales organization, leveraging data, CRM tools, and strong commercial capabilities to drive performance and impact. Michelin serves two main types of customers:

B2B (Business‑to‑Business):

Companies using tires on industrial and commercial vehicles, such as trucks, earthmoving, and agricultural vehicles.

B2C (Business‑to‑Consumer):

Tire distribution partners selling tires to end consumers, including retail networks, wholesalers, and e‑commerce platforms.

MISSION:

In our Sales roles, he/she/they will focus on:

Create value together

  • Develop deep customer understanding to deliver superior customer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Build and execute customer and category business plans that drive sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Identify growth opportunities through value based selling, portfolio optimization, and solution development.

Decide together

  • Leverage digital tools and CRM (e.g. customer data, pipeline management, insights) to prioritize actions, manage opportunities, and support informed decision‑making.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, Operations) to align on commercial strategies, offers, and execution plans.

  • Anticipate risks and opportunities within accounts and markets, making trade‑offs that maximize long‑term value.

Deliver together

  • Manage and grow customer relationships through strong account management and negotiation capabilities.

  • Execute commercial plans with discipline, ensuring excellence in sales execution, forecasting, and follow‑up.

  • Contribute to shared performance through revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and value creation KPIs, while acting responsibly and sustainably

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


Required:

  • Obtained a bachelors/masters degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Commercial environment is appreciated.

  • Business Proficiency in English (Min. B2 Level) and any APAC languages is an advantage

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, impact and influence without authority and customer centric mindset with ownership.

  • Agility , curiosity and learning mindset.

  • Strong Sales & Business skills – Account & Customer portfolio, negotiation and value base selling, category & business planning and commercial performance management and growth development

  • Strong Digital and Data capabilities- CRM and digital sales tools, data driven mindset for pipelines, customer insights and performance, and openness to new digital ways of working and continuous improvement
