As Advanced Electronics Engineering Manager, you’ll work as part of our collaborative cross-organizational Intelligent & Embedded Systems engineering team. You’ll manage a team of highly capable engineers, overseeing the research and advanced development of complex and ground-breaking electronic products.
What You Will Do
- Build and lead a high-performing team through strategic hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Drive execution by tracking progress, managing risks, and delivering transparent project updates.
- Provide accurate effort, timeline, and cost estimates to support product planning and decision-making.
- Own new product research and design, consistently meeting or exceeding delivery commitments.
- Establish and optimize scalable, efficient processes that enable predictable outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional features, quality, and user experiences.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards, regulatory compliance, and functional safety requirements.
- Define and execute a forward-looking technology and innovation roadmap aligned to company growth objectives.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Engineering Experience: 10+ years in electronics development. Preferred experience with electronic power products, both AC & DC power distribution, protection, and control for industrial, commercial, and data center (up to AI/Hyperscale) settings.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading teams and proven ability to guide highly technical teams, providing hands-on support. Experience with guiding team and individual cultural growth. Experience leading research and advanced engineering teams highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Understanding of system architecture and system-level design and development. Knowledge of intellectual property issues and development for product design.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to negotiate effectively, and understanding of customer needs.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% domestic and international.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
