主要职责(Major responsibilities):
Take full responsibility of metrology calibration for site 8#, 12#, and Xinsi, including planning and execution, result verification, master instrument list maintenance, and investigation/disposition of metrology deviations, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
Corporate for the operation and maintenance of BMS/EMS/CMS/FMS, including alarm handling, periodic alarm reviews and trend analysis, scheduled PM execution, provide support to the Shanghai site’s automation activities as needed.
Respond to production needs related to metrology and automation, such as assessment new measurement instruments;and EMS/CMS data export, and trend analysis.
Strictly execute all metrology and automation tasks per applicable SOPs; comply with GMP (2010 edition), the Trial Requirements for Records and Data Management, and the company’s data integrity policies to assure data that are accurate, complete, consistent, and traceable (ALCOA+).
Participate and push quality-related activities for metrology/automation, including change control, deviations, investigations, CAPA, and risk assessments.
Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Full-time college degree or above in Automation, Measurement & Control, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in metrology or automation.
Understanding of GMP requirements relevant to metrology/automation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
