The Mission

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of squad, contributing to the delivery of data products and data marts aligned with business priorities.

Your primary focus will be to ensure clear understanding of target data models, analyze source systems, and translate business needs into structured data requirements, including end-to-end source-to-target mappings.

Your day to day

• Understand and analyze target data models, including global and local data products and data marts
• Analyze and assess source systems (operational systems, local data warehouses, existing data products)
• Elicit, clarify, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Define and maintain business terms and data definitions aligned with enterprise standards
• Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, ensuring data consistency and traceability
• Support the squad in delivering according to prioritized backlog and sprint commitments
• Ensure proper documentation and alignment across business and data domains
• Contribute to improving data quality and consistency across data products

What you’ll bring to the team

• Senior experience as a Business Analyst in data environments
• Strong SQL skills (data analysis, validation, troubleshooting)
• Solid understanding of data modeling (data marts, dimensional and/or relational models)
• Experience working with multiple and heterogeneous data sources
• Proven experience with source-to-target mapping and data analysis
• Strong analytical and structuring skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable data requirements
• Comfortable working in an Agile / squad setup
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
