In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales to new and existing restaurants, while also providing ongoing management and support to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

 

- Manages new merchant affiliation activity in the assigned segment by prospecting restaurants using various direct methods such as calling and online meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.

- A database that will be constantly renewed with the latest updates will be provided. Firstly, the registers will be investigated to obtain more information and the commercial action for them to join us will be done afterwards. It is crucial to follow the registers to avoid loosing a potential customer. If the customer finally decides to become a member, all the management will be done using the system.

- A database will be provided, being the number of records assigned for a given time. First, the records will be investigated to obtain more information, then the commercial action will be carried out to affiliate them. It is important to follow up on them so as not to lose the potential customer. And if they finally join, they will have to do all the management in the system.
- Capture card transactions of existing and new merchants 
- Create a great first impression with restaurants and build a pipeline of qualified leads

- Conduct high-volume cold calling and emailing to access and qualify decision makers
- Continuously refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques
- Responds promptly to inbound affiliation requests
- Executes the commercial policy for acquiring new merchants, negotiating the right level of commissions
- Manage all administrative part (contract, Pluxee system…).
- Makes optimal usage of internal Pluxee system and records all interactions with existing merchants

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Work Experience Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales.

Languages:
Fluent in Spanish & English
