Job Description Summary
This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems across the base-build project. Acting as the investor’s technical lead, the role ensures adherence to design intent, quality standards, statutory requirements, and sustainability goals. The MEP Manager drives engineering excellence, cost optimization, and system reliability through proactive design review, procurement management, and execution oversight. By enforcing quality assurance and commissioning protocols, the role ensures safe, efficient, and timely delivery of MEP systems in line with project objectives and investor expectations

About the Role:
- Provides leadership and technical direction for MEP design coordination, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Reviews and validates MEP design intent, GFC drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with codes, technical standards, and constructability.
- Monitors MEP construction progress, resource deployment, and milestone achievement against project schedules.

- Coordinates between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure service integration.
- Prepares MEP progress dashboards, risk reports, and technical presentations for client and management reviews.
- Oversees commissioning, validation, and documentation of MEP systems to ensure operational readiness and handover compliance.
- Ensures statutory clearances, including electrical, fire, and environmental approvals, are obtained and maintained.

About You:
- B.E BE Electrical/Mech with 8 to 10 years of experience particularly in Residential/ Commercial/ Hospitality/ Institutional / industrial projects.
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
