We are looking for Member Events Supervisor will be responsible for;
- Support the Member Events Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of member events and House programming
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational delivery of events, from pre-planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site requirements for eventsAct as a point of contact during events for members, talent, partners, and internal teams
- Assist in the execution of large-scale events (e.g. Halloween, New Year’s Eve), including themes, installations, and event setup
- Maintain and update event calendars, schedules, and tracking systems to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Research cultural trends, talent, and event formats, providing ideas and recommendations to the wider events team
- Support member engagement by facilitating connections between members and encouraging member-hosted events
- Collect feedback and assist with post-event reporting and evaluation
- Ensure all events comply with health & safety policies and company procedures
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor and work closely with Membership teams to support member needs
- Attend relevant departmental meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in cultural event programming, event coordination, or event production
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to execute, track, and report on event processes
- Creatively minded and culturally in tune with current trends and the creative community
- A collaborative team player with clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Experience in hospitality, music, or cultural institutions is a must
