As a Medical Imaging Technologist I, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of imaging data across global clinical trials. This role supports study execution by reviewing imaging data, assisting clinical sites, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards in medical imaging and research delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and analyze imaging data for clarity, consistency, and quality
- Verify imaging data compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Generate, track, and resolve image queries as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to notify Sponsors and Sites and support resolution of imaging quality issues
- Assist with archiving imaging data for completed studies
- Perform protocol-based measurements, as applicable
- Support client and internal demonstrations of imaging analysis and pre-quantification tools
- Prepare and review images for submission to clients and/or regulatory agencies
- Review clinical site capabilities, including personnel, equipment, protocols, and data archival processes
- Provide technical support for imaging-related issues
- Participate in study initiation visits and train site personnel on imaging protocols and data handling
- Assist in the design and implementation of study-related forms and materials
- Support development, review, and maintenance of imaging guidelines, manuals, and SOPs
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new tools and software enhancements
- Assist in training and onboarding of new team members
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, quality, and efficiency
- Perform image data translation and digitization tasks
- Maintain required certifications and continuing education credits (CEUs)
- Participate in company-sponsored training and professional development activities
What We Look For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field preferred
- Current board certification in a relevant imaging modality required
- Modality-specific training required
- 2+ years of experience as an Imaging Technologist or within a clinical research environment preferred
- Experience with one or more imaging modalities
- Familiarity with clinical trials or pharmaceutical environments is a plus
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
