Are you passionate about delivering high quality medical education experiences that make a real difference for healthcare professionals and patients? This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, international environment where precision, professionalism and customer experience sit at the heart of everything you do. Based in Zug, you will play a key role in planning and delivering impactful Medical Education programs across Switzerland and internationally. The events you are supporting have up to 200 attendees and can smaller inhouse training courses, virtual events or larger symposia.
Please note this is a full-time position (40 hours/week) on a fixed-term contract for 2-6 months, with the option to further extend the employment.
What will you be doing?
Take end to end ownership of planning and delivering Medical Education meetings and programmes, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all participants
Partner closely with Medical Education teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and internal stakeholders across Switzerland, DACH and international regions
Manage all logistical elements of events, including venues, travel, registration, technology, budgets and compliance requirements
Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the event lifecycle, from pre-event planning calls to on-site delivery and post event review
What will you need to be successful?
To succeed in this role, you will combine strong organisational skills with a customer focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solid experience in meeting planning or event management, ideally within a medical or regulated industry, with confidence managing complex logistics and budgets
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, vendors and internal stakeholders across different countries
A high level of attention to detail, professionalism and compliance awareness, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Very good knowledge in English, German and French (written & spoken), with Italian considered a strong advantage, and flexibility to travel when required
