The Role
We're looking for a sharp, driven Executive Assistant to support our Head of Creative within the Entertainment Partnerships department. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, passionate about pop culture and plugged into current trends across media, entertainment and the brand landscape.
Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day needs of the Head of Creative in the Media and Entertainment Partnerships group which will include:
Support the Head of Creative and the broader team in brainstorming client/brand campaign ideas, partnership positioning and development of pitch decks.
Conduct brand, audience, and cultural research to inform creative strategies and ensure ideas are insight-driven and market-relevant.
Support project management across multiple workstreams, including maintaining timelines, deliverable trackers and organization across assigned projects.
Capture detailed notes during client and internal meetings, synthesizing feedback into clear next steps and ensuring alignment across teams.
Manage day-to-day administrative duties including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, expense reports, and general task flow.
Act as a proactive gatekeeper and internal liaison—prioritizing scheduling, tracking key deadlines, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred.
Able to brainstorm partnership ideas that can help bring collaborations to fruition.
Organized and able to work across a variety of different clients & industries.
Great at time management, has strong prioritization and can manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach to everything they do: self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, accountable, and committed.
Knowledgeable when it comes to marketing trends, emerging media, consumer insights & digital/social content.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, innovative and collaborative environment.

Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
