QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES:
· Minimum 3 years of Data Center experience or equivalent mechanical OJT.
· Customer service experience required.
· Demonstrated ability to write and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities associated with facility mechanical systems.
· Ability to write and update field reports.
· Complete all required C&W and client mandatory training as scheduled annually.
· Complete frequency-based infrastructure maintenance tasks on complex data center infrastructure.
· Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and best practices.
· Ability to use mechanical hand tools and testing equipment.
· Exhibits basic level skills and knowledge of building systems and equipment.
· Displays a willingness to cross-train on other data center systems.
· Must have the ability to lift and move heavy objects (50 -75 pounds).
· Ability to escalate operational risks to data center infrastructure leadership.
· Demonstrate ability to communicate professionally, orally and written.
· Exhibits good time management skills and neatness.
· The ability to work safely where hazardous voltages and machinery are present.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (2007 or higher) desktop applications.
· Must clear in-depth security background check.
· Mechanical/HVAC Experience required.

· Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
· Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required
· Ability to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time
· Ability to quickly bend, stretch, twist, or reach out
· Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
· The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
