ME Process Engineer for Spacecraft AIT (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, the candidate will join the ME Team in Spacecraft Production & AIT Plant in Getafe-Spain.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Build up and Master E2E Manufacturing flow in designated project(s). Allocate critical path, cycle time, industrial means and industrial footrprint considering actual constrains in assets and workforce throughout the manufacturing process,

- Peer with Engineering teams (mechanical, thermal, electrical, Marterial & Processes, Design Office) in an developmental MFT configuration, ensuring industrial requirements are met and embeded into definition dossier.

- Shape the Process Tree Structure into a mature As Prepared / PBOM.

- Ensure due Material demand flow inputs towards Supply Chain according to Industrial strategy (Make/Buy policy).

- Procure close follow-up to 1st specimen execution with required shop floor feedback loops.
- Deploy detailed work instructions & routings (PBOM) with Time execution assigment and following processes applicable to Work Preparation.
- Identify needs of industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,…)
- Contribute to global efficiency through CVAT readings and derived action plans (continuous improvement)

- Experience in similar roles
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
