Position Summary:

What you will be doing:

Leads functional teams and works directly with and supports Officers and Directors, up to and including Senior Vice President level, in executing effective Regional strategies, plans and controls. Ensuring optimum profitability and achievement of the immediate and near-term business goals and objectives,
whilst minimizing associated risks and costs.

The remit for this role is EUROPE, APAC and MEISA

The Managing Director, Global Healthcare Quality provides strategic and operational leadership for FedEx’s global healthcare quality execution, ensuring consistent excellence across operations, logistics, and compliance functions. This role is accountable for designing and optimizing quality frameworks that meet customer, regulatory, and certification requirements while driving efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement. The position plays a critical part in advancing FedEx’s commitment to healthcare logistics capabilities by driving GDP compliant, risk-based decision making, overseeing cold chain and regulated distribution programs and enabling audit ready operations across regions. Through disciplined execution, data-driven performance management, and close collaboration with global quality leadership and regional leaders, commercial teams, and external partners, this leader advances FedEx’s commitment to patient safety, business continuity, regulatory excellence, and customer trust in highly regulated global healthcare supply chains.
