Job Description

You will provide strategic insight and leadership across supply chain planning and materials programmes. It focuses on identifying planning risks, constraints, and opportunity areas through performance analysis, translating insights into actions that support stronger decision‑making and outcomes. This role partners with cross‑functional and global planning teams to strengthen planning capabilities, align strategies, and increase tools. It also contributes in communicating supply chain risks and trade‑offs to senior leadership and building organisational capability through training.

You will report to MATERIAL PROGRAM TEAM LEAD based in the USA.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyse supply chain performance to identify planning risks, constraints, and opportunity areas, translating insights into applicable improvements.

  • Lead or contribute to supply chain planning and materials optimization programmes.

  • Lead cross‑functional programmes, identifying improvement opportunities and defining performance metrics; manage resources to ensure successful execution from initiation through closure.

  • Provide subject‑matter expertise in supply chain methodologies to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Deliver training to strengthen organisational understanding of planning concepts, data interpretation, and main performance drivers.

  • Partner with global supply chain planners to increase planning tools and strategies.

  • Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations focused on supply chain risks, constraints, trade‑offs, and opportunity areas to support informed decision‑making.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or related roles within a global, matrixed organisation.

  • Other recognised supply chain or operations certifications

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Demonstrated experience analysing supply chain performance to identify planning risks, constraints, and opportunity areas.

  • Experience leading or contributing to cross‑functional, multi‑region programmes, including collaboration with global partners.

  • Experience supporting regional or global supply chain networks across APAC, EMEA, or the Americas.
