Purpose of Role: To ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations, this role focuses on managing the flow of goods, verifying inventory accuracy, and supporting timely order fulfillment. As an intermediate-level position, it builds upon foundational warehouse skills and demands heightened attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective coordination to maintain operational efficiency and compliance within logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely store, pack, and move goods in accordance with company standards, using proper equipment to ensure secure handling and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and maintain clear communication with suppliers and team members to confirm deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and keep shipping and receiving records up to date.
  • Oversee inventory and order fulfillment by assigning goods to correct locations, conducting stock checks, and updating warehouse systems to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized through routine housekeeping, basic inspections, and minor troubleshooting to support safety and reliability.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Technical & Safety Expertise: Certified or equivalent experience with strong practical knowledge of equipment and a thorough understanding of safety procedures.
  • Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficient in computer applications with intermediate-level expertise in relevant software; demonstrates high attention to detail for accurate and reliable work.
  • Process Improvement & Time Management: Shows initiative in identifying and suggesting process improvements while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communication & Presentation: Communicates and collaborates openly, expressing ideas clearly in both verbal and written formats, and accurately presenting technical information.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates who can successfully perform the objectives outlined above.

Compensation: $45,000 to $49,000 CAD(Depending on experience)
