Job Title: All round Material Handler – Warehouse

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler with strong all round experience to join our warehouse team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, unpacking , handling, and preparing goods for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, unpack , pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
- Apply proper packing techniques to ensure products are protected during transport
- Handle fragile, sensitive, or high-value items with care
- Label, scan, and document shipments accurately using warehouse systems
- Perform quality checks and report any damages or discrepancies
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming goods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift if certified)
- Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong hands-on allround WH experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move packages (up to 10–23 kg)
- Basic computer skills and experience with scanning systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent Dutch language skills are required
- English language skills are a plus
- Strong continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Hoisting certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (QAD)
- Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, medical devices, or high-tech logistics)
- Loistic Lean knowledge.
