Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Material Handler to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Material team.

Position:                      Material Handler

Location:                     Dungannon

Reporting to:              Production Supervisor

Hours of Work:           39 hours per week

What you will do

You will play a pivotal role within the Materials team to handle and move material in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring there is a seamless flow of material between production and store areas.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Efficient and timely handling of all materials
• Support Production through timely and accurate delivery of Parts
• Use of PIT in a safe and efficient manner including Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Pallet Stacker, Tugger Truck etc.
• Processing of Parts received to both Production and Stores
• Prompt and accurate control of paperwork
• Loading and Unloading of Materials deliveries
• Compliance with inventory control measures
• Compliance with internal environmental and waste management procedures
• Following Standard Work procedures
• General Housekeeping Duties

What you will bring

• Previous experience of working in a fast moving manufacturing environment in a similar role
• Valid PIT licence, preferably Counterbalance
• IT literate – previous experience of MRP style system would be advantageous
• Understanding of Inventory Control
