Material Handler

POSITION OVERVIEW:

职位概述：

According to the specific position, be responsible for the receiving and shipping of finished products and materials, the intra-plant turnover and transportation of materials and semi-finished products, and the management of inventory, PI, Cycle counting and storage of all goods and other tasks assigned by the leader.

根据具体职务分别负责成品，物料等的收发工作，负责物料，半成品的厂内周转运输工作，负责所有货物的盘点，搬运，贮存等管理，以及主管分配的其他任务。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责：

• Arrange receipt and delivery according to packing list and waybill accurately and timely

准确及时按照箱单和运单等单据安排收货和发货。

• End of year PI, cycle inventory and corresponding variance analysis

  生产物料的年终盘点，循环盘点和相应的差异分析。

• Loading materials and Kitting materials to production line timely according to working order.

根据工单及时给到各个产线的配料、上料。

• Material kanban field operation.

物料看板现场运行。

• Warehouse 5S.

仓库5S。

• Other tasks assigned by the leader

• Strictly implement warehouse management control procedures and material storage and handling procedures to meet the company's operational requirements and safety requirements.

严格执行仓库管理控制程序和物料贮存搬运程序，符合公司作业要求和安全要求。

• Adheres to all safety rules and report questionable conditions to department supervisor.

遵守所有安全规定，发现可疑问题立即向部门主管报告。

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

Understand the factory production process.了解工厂生产流程。

2-3 years of first-line production experience.2~3年一线生产经历。

Basic computer operation skills.基本计算机操作技能。

Good memory, communication, understanding skills.良好的记忆，沟通，理解能力。

Strong sense of responsibility and organization.强烈的责任心和组织性。

Walking and standing, twisting, stooping, lifting or moving parts up to 15kg（Occasionally 30kg）, with certain visual and hearing capability.行走和站立、扭转、弯腰，举起或搬运物品到15kg（偶尔至30kg），并需要一定的视觉和听觉要求。
