What will you do?
Develop and communicate the production schedule to the organization.
Serve as the primary contact for sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
Coordinate availability of raw materials and staff to meet delivery dates.
Maintain and revise the master distribution schedule as necessary.
Participate in forecasting meetings and lead planning sessions with related departments.
Conduct analysis to optimize production plans based on constraints.
How will you do it?
Create build schedules for the assembly lines over a near-term horizon (0-12 weeks).
Align sales and demand planning to drive the scheduling process.
Incorporate supply chain constraints into scheduling algorithms.
Manage change processes when issues occur within the production schedule.
Analyze data from ERP and production management systems to inform decision-making.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
+5 years of experience in materials management, production planning, or scheduling in manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to optimize plans relative to various constraints.
Proficient in using data visualization tools and ERP systems.
Fluent in English.
