Job Description:
- Establishing and implementing, with Director and VP, Business planning goals for Advanced planning and scheduling of factories and sub-contractors utilizing the Company’s Backlog, Inventory, and Sales and Operations forecast.
- Manage the ATP process for scheduling the company’s backlog, maintaining a 95% delivery performance to first commit, 85% to CRD.
- Coordinating current quarter +1 revenue status with the Business Units, utilizing the Company’s reporting tools and ERP planning and shipping systems.
- Master Schedule capacity issues or allocation of Microchip factories or technologies.
- Developing and enhancing the necessary and appropriate relationships on behalf of the corporation with Factories, Business Units, Sales, Finance, and Management.
- Designing and continually enhancing the Supply Chain planning processes to ensure robust systems of evaluation and control; developing or enhancing regular reporting mechanisms which will give the Company operating information relevant to performance against plans.
- Developing a work environment that supports maximum performance and productivity.
- Moderate domestic and international travel.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with high tech supply chains are preferred. Candidate must have a proven track record of successful profit and loss business skills demonstrating the ability to devise and carry out a strategy for backlog and revenue management.
- Candidate must possess superior personal characteristics as the principal shareholder places great importance in personal commitment and in the ability to build a team that works collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- The candidate must have a personality style that produces trust, open communication, loyalty, and commitment, and that conveys respect and regard for people.
- The successful candidate shall possess exceptional behavior skills in strategic thinking, building effective relationships, lines of business, motivation, and implementing the Company’s vision.

Education
- Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in a business major and MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience
- The successful candidate will be a well-rounded business professional with at least 5 years’ experience.
